Maple Breakfast Granola 

1 cup wholegrain rolled oats

1 cup rolled spelt

1/2 cup rolled rye

1 cup raw almonds

2 tbsp white sesame seeds

3 tbsp raw cacao nibs

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened apple sauce

2 tsp natural vanilla extract

3 tbsp Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 350 F and line a large cookie sheet with baking paper. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and spread the mixture evenly on the cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until crunchy.

Maple Sugar Gingerbread

1cup Maple Syrup

2 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup sour cream

2 eggs

1 tsp ginger

Sift ginger, salt, baking soda & flour in a small bowl. In large bowl mix together eggs, sour cream, & Syrup. Then combine the two mixtures. Bake in a greased 8 X 8 pan at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
